Our office visits are scheduled by appointment only.

If you would like to schedule an office visit with Dr. Uchida, please call (808) 589-1955.  Initial office visits take one and one-half hours, and a follow-up visits typically run between twenty to sixty minutes in length.

Dr. Uchida is also available for phone consultations for non-residents.  Please call the office for more information about phone consultations.  Dr. Uchida has patients that live on the U.S. mainland, Alaska, Japan, Mexico, England, New Zealand, Australia, and South Africa.

New patients are welcome, seniors receive a 15 percent discount on all services and supplement purchases, and we validate your parking!

Our office is conveniently located in beautiful Honolulu, near Ala Moana Center.

However, you enter our building’s parking lot on Makaloa Street and take the driveway that goes under the building.  After parking your car, walk up the stairs to the lobby and take the elevator to the 16th floor.  We are in Suite 1601.

If you require Handicapped Parking, enter the driveway along Makaloa Street that goes up to the lobby level and park in one of the eight specially reserved stalls.  If you need further information, please don’t hesitate to call us at (808) 589-1955.

Office Policies:

• Our office visits are scheduled

   by appointment only.

• Fees are dependent on the type

   of service you receive and/or

   the length of time of the office

   visit.

• Payment is expected at the

   time of service.

• Cancellations require 48 hours

   notice for initial office visits, and 

   24 hours notice for follow-

   up visits or you may be charged 

   a late cancellation fee up to the

   cost of the missed appointment.

Insurance Coverage:

"Medical insurance companies that cover Dr. Uchida's services are HMA, Aetna, No-Fault and Worker's Compensation. However, please check with your insurance company to ensure that your medical insurance policy covers naturopathic medical care."
